the 2012 E.P. Wahl Lectures
“Incarnational Discipleship in a Secular Age”
In this day-long lectureship, Dr. Glen Stassen of Fuller Theological Seminary will discuss one of his main areas of expertise—and a topic of central importance to Christians of any age, but especially to ours:
What does it mean to live out the gospel, to embody the reality of Christ?
Easily recognized in the lives of heroes of the faith--with the benefit of hindsight (think Bonhoeffer)--it is not always so easy for us to see for ourselves.
Theologian and award-winning author Dr. Stassen will draw on a lifetime of critical thinking and practical application to share four sessions that will serve as important guideposts for you and your church.
